Needed some extra assistance today. So I left the house at 7:30am to arrive at the Westminster Giant by 8:15. I asked the Customer Service associate if she could help me get some help obtaining 6 Entermann danish. Not only did she locate where they were, she went and got them. Then a clerk opened Self Check out to ring me up and another person helped me out to the car. I was so in awe of this example of great service that I totally forgot to get everyone’s name. Hopefully you will read this and know just how grateful I am. Be blessed. ❤️

Bakery is not the best but the store is always clean, well stocked, and their produce is amazing. Their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but I guess it's worth it. I shop here regularly. Plus, I'm a huge fan of the self scanning process. I LOVE that you can put in your customer id and get your own scanner and scan as you go through the store and bag your own groceries as you shop. It saves a LOT of time at the check out! My only complaint is that I guess because I buy a lot of single cat food cans (I take care of feral cats...a LOT of feral cats) it nabs me for audits quite frequently, which can slow you down at the checkout sometimes. It gets a little annoying after so many times but it's worth it as 99% of the time it's still saving me time and it's very convenient. This is the only store in the area, to my knowledge, that has this feature.

A-1 helped me through inspection repairs when I was selling my home. Other companies suggested I needed a new system when A1 was able to make a simple repair to make the system like new. They have always been timely and professional when scheduling service calls for clean outs, etc.

Although I've transitioned to buying most of my groceries at Sprouts I still use Giant pharmacy. The new lay out since moving the pharmacy to the front of the store is less appealing than it was but the staff make up for it. The pharmacy manager is always available to answer any question and he never makes you feel like you're wasting his time. The clerks do a great job at remembering my name when I approach the counter and I've litteraly NEVER had 1 single issue with this pharmacy and I've been using them for about 6 years I believe. The staff gives off a "small town" feel. Like they know you. If you are using a different pharmacy ask Giant to transfer your prescriptions it will be seamless and worth it. Side note: if you're tired of the horrible customer service at CVS or them always being out of stock do yourself a favor and transfer to Giant you won't be disappointed! I promise! And for what it's worth I worked as a Pharmacy Tech for almost 25 years so I've been behind the scenes in many retail pharmacies and Giant is hands down the best!

On the expensive side. Huge selection of different foods. I bought pre-made food made there for lunches and when I don't have time to cook, and everything i purchased was delicious.

I love going to giants because they almost always have what I’m looking for. The stores are clean, the lines move smoothly and it’s usually a short wait time.

The store is always clean and organized, but this review is for Chantelle. I’ve never experienced a kinder cashier! She made sure to try every coupon I’d be eligible for in the circular after I told her I didn’t bring any. Just a ray of sunshine in a world of self check outs.
